Full explanation
A live blind is a forced preflop blind that remains active throughout the hand.
Explanation. Especially in games with straddles, a live blind (like straddle or live button blind) gives the player postflop choice. Because their blind counts as full action, they act last after flop despite acting first preflop. Understanding live‑blind rules improves postflop defense and preflop range construction.
